Pride month book events!

June's going to be busier than usual for me, and it's all good news.
First, I'm finally getting the first book in my series, Everything Is Wonderful Now, into the local library! They have a shelf for local indie authors who have donated their book to be included in the catalogue, so I've ordered a copy that should be here in a few weeks to take in. One of my biggest goals after publishing was to make my book accessible, and getting it into a library has been a priority. It's not an easy task, but it's nice to see that libraries are becoming more welcoming to all published authors, and not just those lucky enough to get a traditional book deal.
As for events, there are several I'm involved in this month. First up, starting today and running until the 8th, is the Achillean Book Bingo sale. You can grab a bunch of books featuring MxM/MxMasculine-attracted characters, which includes nonbinary masculine people too, for super cheap. The page listing all of the books is here. As an added bonus, if you fill out a bingo prompt card by grabbing books to fit prompts, you can enter to win book prizes later this year! Learn more about that here.
As a part of the Achillean Book Bingo sale event, there will be author interviews throughout the week, as well as panels featuring two or more authors talking about different genres. I'm on the fantasy panel, and I'm really excited! It will go live on June 8th, and it will be a written post on Instagram in two parts. (Part one, part two)
I will also have sixty seconds on the Cali & Craig Talk podcast for their LGBTQ+ Book Fair episode. I'll do my best to meet the speedy challenge of introducing myself and Everything Is Wonderful Now. Wish me luck. It's being recorded on June 15 at 12PM EST.
Lastly, I've joined with a big group of authors to support Palestinian families affected by the war in Gaza. We are all donating books — physical and eBook — and other bookish prizes that will be grouped into three tiers. How it will work, is people will donate a certain amount of money toward tiers, and they will be entered into the contest! All money will go to a few families on Operation Olive Branch. The event is hosted by author Shar Kahn. This will run from June 10th to June 20th. The last call for author signups, if you're a published author and would like to join in, is on June 8th.
That covers everything! It's a lot, but I'm glad to be involved in some awesome stuff. I also have a kind-of update on my next book, It's Only a Little Death. I'm planning for a September 22nd release date, on the Autumnal Equinox — when all things start to die. It's perfect, considering the theme...
